‚ÄčInternational research team led by NTU Singapore develops AI-powered 'electronic nose' to sniff out meat freshness

A team of scientists led by NTU Singapore has developed an 'electronic nose' that can accurately assess the freshness of meat. The e-nose comprises a colour-changing barcode that reacts to the gases produced by decaying meat, and a barcode reader in the form of an AI-powered smartphone app.
